* 1st Lien Loans (no wrap mortgages)
* Down Payment: 10% (minimum)
* Interest Rate: 7-10.99%
* Origination Fee: 1-2%
* Amortization: 15-30 year options
* Escrows Required: Tax & Insurance
(we use a 3rd Party Note Servicing Co) - $45 per mo
* RMLO/Dodd Frank approval process required, payable by borrower, approx. $495 fee to start Owner Finance Loan Process.
